SolarQuest is the working name for a project that is currently in development. I can only give a vague description of it at the moment, due to it being easily copied by competitors. SolarQuest is an idea of mine that originated back in 2002. The concept has gone through several changes, and has suffered several set backs along the way. SolarQuest has since been revived, and is once again in active development.

SolarQuest is an educational simulation/game for grade school children. Based around stimulating interest in space exploration and astronomy, children will enhance their math, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills while building personal and working relationships across the internet. Utilizing features of Massively Multiplayer Online Games, and technical simulations, I hope that SolarQuest will eventually be seen as the modern equivalent of the school age classic Oregon Trail.
